Three Ways To Get A Quote

Get A Quote Online

You can get a quote before you come in by submitting a quote request online. This way you’ll know if we can purchase your item and exactly how much we can offer. Instant quotes are available for many devices. You can also check our What We Buy guide to see if your item is on the list.

Walk-In

You can stop in anytime for an on-the-spot quote at our NYC retail store. No appointment is required for selling a single item, but if you have multiple items, appointments are recommended.

Drop-Off

No appointment necessary, drop off anytime. We’ll wipe, test, and provide a quote for up to six items within two business days. For seven or more items, the process may take a bit longer. To make it convenient for you, payment can be sent via Venmo or PayPal, eliminating the need to return to the store. Alternatively, cash is available for pickup.

Before you come in…

Backup your files

We do not back up your files. It is your responsibility to backup your data. We can not assist you in this process and it cannot be done while in the store.

We wipe everything we buy and any data on the device will be completely erased.

Factory reset your device

For Apple devices including laptops, desktops, iPhones and iPads you should sign out of your iCloud account and factory reset your device.

For Windows devices, we recommend factory resetting the device.

If you are unable to factory reset the device we can still buy it; however, your appointment will be done faster if the device is already reset. iCloud accounts must be signed out.
