Initial Assessment
To begin, we'll assess whether we can make an offer on the items you're looking to sell. The ideal starting point is an inventory list with the brand, model, specifications or serial numbers. If you don't have a list, a few photos of the equipment will suffice.

Get An Estimate
Upon reviewing your inventory, we'll provide you with an estimate. If you don’t have a detailed inventory list, we can inventory and test the equipment for you. Once complete, we'll be able to provide a quote.
Final Report
This report will contain a line by line audit of each item, the exact specifications, cosmetic condition, hardware test results and final monetary offer. Most of the time, the estimate is exactly what you receive.
Transportation
All of the testing is done at our retail location at 130 W 26th St. If needed, we can assist with arranging transportation for the equipment. Otherwise, you can drop off the equipment during store hours.

Data Destruction
We perform a full sector-by-sector wipe on all devices. This ensures the storage devices are completely erased. A certificate of data destruction can be provided up request.
Convenient Midtown Location
Our facility is located in Midtown Manhattan. Don’t deal with the hassle of shipping your equipment. Arranging transportation within Manhattan is much easier and considerably less risky.
